I've gone back and looked at past posts, but has this been fixed? I JUST bought an Ionic and can't control the volume with my airbuds- if I knew this was an issue, I never would have bought this watch.
I've restarted/done all of the things recommended in previous posts...is Fitbit working on this??

Has there been a resolution to the volume control for air buds connected to the Ionic? I see that it has been resolved for the Versa.

@sylviaon2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.
The Fitbit device can't control the volume on Apple Airpods. In this case, you may want to vote for this idea, these are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
Have a good week.
