My watch says that I have 14 of 14 active hours. That is correct today. I carefully made sure that I had every hour. In the two hours that the dashboard insists that I did not have 250 steps I was continuously walking. I was walking slowly but I WAS on my feet and moving for the entire time. I covered a distance of more than 2 miles. You people are pissing off your customers!

@GaryPark Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the hourly activity goal.

Are you still experiencing the same? That is strange. I've seen this before for another type of Fitbit device and it was a bug. However, I haven't seen this for Ionic before. Keen to hear if there are any other users experiencing this?

Also, have you checked if the graph is also showing incomplete on the online dashboard? Could you confirm?

For the app, try the following:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps. Try this out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
