Looking into purchasing for my T1D daughter.  Is the Ionic all ready to pair with the Dexcom G5 or is it still in the development stage?  And will the Dexcom connect directly to the Ionic or will she still have to use the app on her phone to transmit her BG numbers to the Ionic?

Still in development. Some of the press coverage says it won't be available until 2018
