I have THREE paypal order confirmed transactions...and NO order confirmation emails from fitbit. Two I paid for next day shipping...
Support does not reply to me. (it has been SEVERAL days) My money is gone...and fitbit does not acknowledge receipt of the order...and, obviously, has not fulfilled the orders.

When I was wondering what had happened to my order, I went to the Fitbit website, I accessed chat and they gave me the tracking number within one minute. I am sure they are not trying to rip you off. Give it a try.
