I have tried re installing app, but when I go to watches it has same problem. watch still has first installation watch and works ok. problem is on the app in fitbit on phone. Tried rebooting phone but come back to installation of new clock face which does not change keeps asking you to press ok or install later but none work. Any ideas please

Do you also get the message the clock can not be installed at this time, or can not communicate with the tracker?
Have you tried restarting the ionic or the phone?
How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Its a Sync problem that causes it now resolved but it looses its sync even when close to the phone. Have a job every day to get it sync with the phone. Love the watch but very frustrating getting it to sync. Would I be better buying a Fitbit dongle and only using with my windows 10 computer

I can not answer this question without knowing the type of phone. However if your Win 10 computer has built in Bluetooth, with the Win 10 app no Fitbit dongle will be needed and you could try it out.
Remember to turn your phones Bluetooth off if trying through the computer.
