Will the ionic have a firmware update to allow female health tracking and quick reply text messages? Or are those just going to be happening on the versa?

@Sdean16 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your interest in the Female Health Tracking and other features coming soon on Fitbit.
The Female Health Tracking feature will be available in Spring 2018 for Versa and Ionic. Please check the official announcement here for more details.
Regarding the preset texts functionality; I don't have much information about it or when it is going to be released. The information I was able to get is the one on the Feature Suggestions Board in which the idea is showing as "Under Consideration". Please stay tuned on there for any updates about this.
@Giampi71 Thanks for your great help on this thread!
Hope this helps. See you around!

I am having trouble updating my cycles on the desktop application. It says an error occurred. Also I was wondering will this function be available on the mobile app?

All I've seen so far is that it is coming May 2018 and I'm sure they will be releasing in waves instead of everyone getting it at once. I got a notification for a firmware update this morning and I now have quick reply messages (although now I no longer get text notifications at all on my Ionic) but still no female health tracking 😞 I have an Andriod phone

I was able to load the Female Health Tracking to the dashboard on my desktop application. How do I add it to my Mobile dashboard or is that not released yet?

@AndieJ on the mobile dashboard scroll down until you see edit. Once there tap on the female tracking tile and then tap done and it will add it

I have tried checking my firmware, but the version my app says and the options on your link are totally different. My app says 27.32.10.15, but the link says things like 2.7, or 2.72. I don't know if I am looking at the right thing or not. I also do see a way to update the firmware.

@AndieJ Thanks for your reply and for providing the workaround that helped you out.
Yes, the Samsung S9+ is still an unsupported device. However, once it becomes fully supported all the features will work great.
@Fourhaynes4 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your question regarding the versions you have found.
Version 27.32.10.15 refers to the firmware version of your Ionic. Version 2.72, on the other hand, refers to the version of the Fitbit app.
Make sure you have the latest version of both and update that firmware.
Keep me posted!

@MoJoz Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with the Female Health Tile not showing on the app.
Please try uninstalling the app and then re installing it. This has helped other users in the past. The tile should appear after doing this.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes!
