Ionic at 0% cannot soft reset, cannot factory reset, tried 2 different chargers and will not charge whatsoever. All contacts have been completely cleaned and are free of debris also tried to different chargers. This has certainly become a ritual with every Fitbit I've owned at roughly about the same amount of use. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement....
