Ionic at 0% battery and not charging

Hi there,

 

Yesterday my Ionic shut down and I put it on charging. Since then, it's at 0% battery (showing the 0% battery screen while connected to charger).

 

I tried the following (and did not work):

- reset (holding the buttons until the logo shows on display;

- resetting the Ionic from the setup - about - reset;

- cleaned the pins (connectors); 

 

When I reset it now, it gets me to the setup screen (Hi! Get started with at fitbit.com/setup). I managed to sync the phone app and the Ionic, but the Ionic does not pass over this screen. The phone app is telling me that there is an update available, but there is not enough battery to finish the update. When I start the update, the Ionic is resetting automatically.

 

Basically, my Ionic is not usable anymore.

 

What can I do from here?
