Ionic auto-pauses but does not restart

Hello,

 

My ionic does this annoying thing when it auto-pauses when stopping on a bike ride but it does not restart.

I have switched off auto-pause on the ionic, app and website but that does not fix the issue.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @DanielW73, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried restarting your Ionic by following the steps here to see if that fixes the issue? Once restarted go back into the exercise app - scroll to bike - tap the gear icon in the top left corner - confirm that auto pause is still set to off.
