Ionic automatically locking whilst still on wrist

Hi Team, 

Since the last update, my ionic continually locks whilst walking, listening to music and at the gym even whilst on my wrist. It is locking about every 10 mins. Any reason??

You could try going into the fitbit app, tap on the icon in the top right corner of the screen, tap on Ionic and scroll down to device lock. Tap on device lock and change it from enabled to enabled for wallet only. This should stop it from asking you for a pin all the time.

i'm having the same issue - it seems like every time I go to touch the ionic the devices I locked.
And I am finding that when it's locked the alarm and other features are not working.

 

I see there is a SW update available today so just hoping that might help.

Hi Pam,

 

Still had the issue so went back and replaced it with a new one. Have no issues now.

Tried that and more. In the end went back to the shop and had it replaced. Nil issues now.
