Ionic automatically shut down and cant turn on again

After using about 1 month, my ionic automatically shut down and cant turn on again.

 

As far as I remember, the batter is almost full before shutting.

 

There is no response/display from the ionic, no matter press and hold 3 buttons for 5 minutes or i try to re-charge it.

Mine is also a month old and doing the same thing. Twice I've run in the rain this week and it shut itself down. The second time was during a marathon relay and I lost the all the data from the final four miles. I will be contacting Fitbit support directly about a replacement. My Surge is old but has never failed during an actual race. Unacceptable.

I visited the service center in Hong Kong. The technician said that they could not find out the reason and directly replace a new one to me.

 

I am afraid that the new one also has the same problem after a few days/weeks.
