It's been quite a few days now (around 18th Jan) that the Fitbit India shows that the Ionic is available with a list of the retailers - Amazon, Reliance, Croma and Helios, but it's a no show on any of the retailers site. Can you provide a specific date of it's availability! Await a quick reply. No ambiguous replies please!!!

It is very sad, that no one from Fitbit cares to reply! Hey Fitbit - do you take your customers for granted? Just because we love your products does not mean that you can choose to be indifferent to us. Wake up!

 

As customers, we do have other options don't we? Please listen and empathize with your customers. Do not take them for granted!

Hey there @shafaat, thanks for jumping in here! I'm so sorry for the late response. As you mentioned, currently we don't have a Fitbit.com store for India and at the moment there aren't plans to sell it from Fitbit.com cart. 

However, you can check the list of authorized retailers in India where you can already buying your Fitbit tracker. Smiley Very Happy
