The back black panel of my Ionic seems to be dropping into the back of my watch. Just one edge is affected where the charging port is of about one mm but it has created a sharp edge on the back. Any ideas of how to fix it? Thanks

Place the cover on your watch's back and press the rubber ball firmly against it. Turn swiftly in a clockwise motion to tighten the backing up again. Use scissors to loosen extremely tight backings.
