I purchased the charcoal/smoke gray watch because on the website the band looks black.  However what I received looks more like the blue gray/sliver.  It this normal?  Is the charcoal band really light gray?   Not satisfied because of the price and the color of the website is not even close.

They are exchanging for the right color. The only bad thing is, it is taking too long.  I sent the watch back on Monday and have to wait for them to receive it before they mail the correct one.

The charcoal band is pretty light in colour, from what you say I would say you did In fact get the correct band. The blue/silver band is also lighter than it looks in pictures, more of a light blue colour.
