I recently purchased a Fitbit ionic, but from the get go it hasn’t been working well for me. The battery life only lasts 3-4 hours after a full charge (less if I use any of the exercise trackers) and I get the message “Calibration Error” every time I try to Calibrate it when charging. Could you please help me with this, i was very excited to get my watch, but now feel a bit let down by the whole thing.

Try restarting it several times. If the batterh still performs badly you will need to return it to where you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature)
