Ionic battery dead and it won’t charge

My battery died 4days ago. I left it on the charger for 3 days and it still won’t turn on. I tried the two button restart but it doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions for next step?

Hi

When and where you purchase it? And what country are u in? I brought mine in 2017 from Amazon uk, mine died few days ago contacted Fitbit and getting a replacement sent. If brought in the EU it's a 2 year warranty.

Thanks

I have the same issue recently; shows 0% cannot re-start. I had mine since June/July 2018 and Fitbit is offering 25% off for selected Fitbit devices to replace the defective one since the warranty expired. Although I appreciate the gesture, but a $250 item that only last for 1 year is ridiculous. This seems to be a common problem with Ionic. I enjoyed my Ionic, my family has 6 Fitbits, but we will never go back to Fitbit and switching over to Apple Watch. Fitbit, if you are listening, do the right thing to all of us who bought your "top of the line" product and have the "0% not charging" problem.

I am in the USA. I am hoping it hasn’t died.

Just this morning...same issue. Tried to charge during the day today and it still says zero. Got this as a gift this past Father's day.

This is so frustrating....warranty is only 1 year in USA. Mine had issues charging (drained from 100 to zero in about 3-4 hours) and when I called and figured out it had been purchased 13 months prior, they did nothing.
