Ionic battery dies in 24 hours

For the last week, my Fitbit Ionic has not lasted longer than 18-20 hours. It has been charge nightly, and won’t last to dinner time. My contacts are clean, I have reset the watch, the version is most recent, deleted and restored my Fitbit App, and am still at a loss for reasoning.

Two of the days, the watch wasn’t even worn. It was taken off the charger in the morning ~0700, and was under 25% battery by 1600 hours.

Two other days it was worn only slightly while lifting weights. At no point was it worn with GPS in use. I had to remove the watch premature as well due to low battery warnings.

I am extremely hopeful for a solution before having to move on from Fitbit after almost 3 years.

Thank You for the help!

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have a current ticket open with the support team, but unfortunately, it appears there is nothing they can do and I’m SOL with a watch that now, doesn’t last longer than 14 hours.
