Since yesterday my Fitbit Ionic's battery has been draining. It was on 100% in the morning and 15% by the evening (I did 2500 steps yesterday). Also it has stopped showing my heart rate.
I charged it again it was 100 % when I put it on this morning and after an hour I'm already on 89%. Still no heart rate data. I have restarted the watch 4 times and nothing seems to work.

Hi
I have been using the Ionic for a good few months, get on average 4 days battery. All of a sudden, with doing no changes the battery just drained in a day and keeps doing it (day 3 now). Also, the heart rate started to show again but was completely out.
I have now done a factory reset and the watch wont turn back on.
I am not happy about paying so much money and the device malfunctions after a few short months. I will contact Fitbit support and see what they say.

Hello
Yes, I have opened a case. The fitbit wont start at all, seems to be caught in some kind of reboot loop (not sure). There is nothing I can do but wait until they reply to me.
Thank you for your help.
