Hi all,
I have had my Ionic for over two and a half years now. Recently its battery drains real fast. I have to charge it like every 2-3 days. It used to last 4-5 days.
I am using it the same way as always - same workout routine, same charger, same cable, same everything. No music, no GPS.
Does everyone have the same issue after about two to three years of use? It's really annoying to charge it every other day!

Thanks!

Hi there @wushiko, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details shared in your post. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
As you may know, your Ionic battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
I'm looking forward to your response.

Mine is the same way. I use a basic clock face and only look at my watch to check the time and if it gives me a notification. It used to last 4-5 days but recently it went down to 2-3 days. Today (4:30am) I took it off the charger after it charging all night at 100% and by 10 am it was completely dead. I did notice the red light being constantly on on the back of my watch so I suspect it has something to do with the battery drain. I did reboot my watch around 9:30am hoping it would turn the light off but it didn't.
