Woke up on Wednesday morning to black screen and my ionic battery dead. It keeps counting steps and sensors are working cannot reset or factory reset. No screen information and barely a vibration.
Fitbit support is Great! I contacted them thrugh the app and my fitbit is getting replaced. Thank you!
