I received my watch as a birthday present in August 2020, and initially LOVED it! I'm an avid hunter/hiker, so the GPS feature (actually tracking location vs. Pedometer style tracking where there has to be movement) was a huge plus! Installed one watch face, a hike/GPS/altimeter app, and Pandora.
First issue, was my Pandora WILL NOT play... something about 'must have premium version'.... any work-arounds or advice for playing music?
Second issue, is my battery life has dropped to one day, at best. Is there any easy way to shut off/turn on the GPS feature from the actual watch? From what I've read, I'm guessing that is what is draining it....
Thanks!

Hi @Mtcowgrl07, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details that were shared in your post, it's a pleasure for me to answer your questions. For the first question about Pandora, let me share with you that the Pandora app is available to Ionic, Sense, Versa, Versa 2, and Versa 3 users in the United States who have a paid subscription. For more information about Pandora subscriptions, see help.pandora.com. If you need to create a new Pandora account or upgrade your existing subscription, you can do so before you download Pandora stations to your watch.
In regards the battery life situation, let me share with you that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance. Keep in mind that the battery life of your Ionic while tracking an exercise using GPS is 10 hours.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
