My ionic was purchased last year. It worked well until a week or so ago. It started to not sync well. Yesterday, it stopped counting my steps, tracking my heart rate and my runs. It also went from fully charged to 0% in 24 hours.

It worked well until a week or so ago.
Three things the user should try - Have you?
1. Restart the Ionic.
2. Remove the device from your phone and do the 3 button reset (mentioned hundreds of times in previous posts - do a forum post search), and setup again - pairing with your phone/account.
3. Contact support via phone or email. Preferably phone. Best to talk with a real person.
Keep connected to a charger when trying 1 and 2.

Sounds like your Ionic might be defective. If your factory reset does not help - contact Tech Support. Many have reported getting a replacement for that problem. So that might be the end solution for you.
