Ionic battery life not lasting and touchscreen not working

I’ve had an ionic for about 3 years and it’s been amazing then I think March/April time it went green and wouldn’t work. Much to my amazement Fitbit helped me out massive and agreed to send me a refurbished one and I was honestly so happy they could help me out and I was over the moon. Now after 7 months or so this one won’t allow me to touch the screen or scroll and battery goes down very quick. I basically can’t use it at all other than a watch. Any help? I’ve tried the proper reset with 3 buttons multiple times and let it go out of battery too but nothing.

because they replaced it does that mean a new warranty they will have on records? Reason I ask is it was just the device they sent in an envelope. They would have it on there records however they replaced it won’t they?

really just want to be able to work out and monitor my stuff and use it other than a watch that needs charged every 24 hours or so.

Fitbit or anyone can you help?

No, getting a replacement device does not extend the warranty. The warranty is for the period since the purchase of the original device. Yes, their records will show that the device was replaced, but it will not carry its own warranty.

Thanks mate. Just didn’t know if it meant new replacement would be under warranty or not. Such a pain it’s broken 6 months after being replaced. Sickening having to spends £400 on another new one
