Ionic battery life not lasting

For past the four years, I have been avid fitbit customer, I am sadden to say, I will no longer be a fitbit customer, I have purchase four devices, a versa, blaze, ionic, and fitbit scale, at first, I thought it was me, but after conversing with other people in community, it prove me that it wasnt me. I have been dealing with defects with the device since i became apart of the fitbit community, it seems the battery life in the device is short in the devices, I have owned.  I never abused the devices and maintained the devices with care. The device battery life depletes and will not take a charge, I have contacted customer service, there only solution is to offer me 25% discount. Fit bit are selling inferior product to their consumers. I have three other coworkers who have experience these poor qualities. I want the public to know about these defects in their devices
