My Ionic will not stay charged. Having to charge before I leave for work, generally loses 33% percent of charge during the night. Then loses 64% during the day. I have factory reset, minimized the apps running. I have had this Ionic for 2+years, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Please advise... may look at going to a Samsung, Garmin or Apple if this can’t be resolved. Been a Fitbit member since 2016.
