Ionic battery life not lasting

My ionic has been losing battery charge very quickly - so quickly that it sometimes turns off during a run or overnight. It also doesn't always sync. I've tried all the usual reset fixes, removing app and trying again but it doesn't help. I'm rather disappointed as I've had it less than 2 years.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the battery of our Fitbit Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
