Ionic battery life not lasting

Bought Ionic few months back. 

battery drains too fast. Followed some instructions of factory reset as suggested by few experts but no impact as of now. 

battery drains in 3 hours after complete charging.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

 

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Hi Ricardo,

 

Previously also I was not using much of features like mobile notifications etc. Also the brightness in on Auto mode. No animated watch. 

still tried instructions provided by you but no effect. 


Average 1% drainage happens in every 4-5 minutes which is pathetic. 

I am afraid you must not suggest to turn off HR 😀
