Hi,
Received a present of an Ionic FitBit in July 2020. A full battery charge of 100% lasts 17 hours.
My Fitbit is 3 months in use and it fails to keep its charge, its really disappointing.
Anyone got any ideas on what to do, I am under warranty.

Couple of things to try. Disconnect/unpair the Ionic from your phone to establish if it is the link between the two that is causing the battery drain.
Do a full reset of the Ionic. First remove/unpair it from the phone app.
Thirdly, contact support detailing what you have tried. They will ask you to do some mundane things. Humour them by doing them. After that your should be eligible for a replacement.

Hi @Neil76, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be. Let me share with you that the battery of our Ionic was designed to last 5 days but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
@PaulMe Your support is always appreciated.
