My Battery going flat over night, I was getting 4-5 days out of it now all of a sudden I change it of a evening and by the morning it's flat. I fully charged it again and within a few hours it was dead again. I have done a factory reset and last night after a full change it was dead again by the morning . Anyone know what the UK warranty is?

First, I'd like to appreciate your time and patience troubleshooting this matter prior posting. Let me share with you that our Ionic device was designed to last 5 days just as you stated, but the battery life also depends on how frequently you use its features. Therefore, I recommend you to charge your Fitbit with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use too much.
