Ionic battery not charging

My Fitbit Ionic is completely dead and not charging. I have researched the steps to resolve problem to no avail. 

I have done everything possible to try to get it to recharge and nothing.

This is the second Fitbit I’ve purchase  where I have had problems with battery not charging.  What else can I do?

@Carmenn Same thing! I got a battery low warning notification last night and noticed the ionic was dead. Connected the charger, nothing. Cleaned the contacts, nothing. Switch charging blocks, nothing. Switched power outlets, nothing. I hate to have to buy a new one, right now!!!!

I am having the same problem with my Ionic. It was charged last night well enough to make it through the night and now it is dead and not charging. I have tried all the steps recommended to resolve the issue.

Yes, I did the same. I’m asking myself, now what? This device is not even a year old. This the second time it’s happened with two different styles of FitBit watches. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. I was going to get one for my father but I’m not going to anymore.
Thanks for the reply. I will contact the company to see what else can be done.

Trouble keeping my watch charge . Got it last year . Quite the expensive gadget for what it’s worth so far.

Same thing! Mine was working just fine last night, I woke up a few minutes ago and it was dead, no low battery notifications or anything,  won't take a charge
