Hi Fitbit Forum, I have a Fitbit Ionic which is under a year old and I purchased it brand new from a major UK retailer. The Fitbit Ionic had been working great up until a couple of days ago but recently the battery no longer holds a charge. I would charge it in the morning to 100% and I have to recharge it again in the evening. Please help!

I am having the same problem. ...Ionic not holding the charge for more than a day or 36 hours. My Ionic is less than a year old, I purchased it directly from FitBit.com. The issue with not holding the charge is accompanied by also not syncing all of my daily data (such as number of steps per hour). This has been going on for about 2 weeks.
