Ionic battery short life

A year ago I upgraded my Charge 2 to Ionic. Love the features but it never worked efficiently. It has had issues frecuently. Finally the battery doesn't last more than 5 hrs. It's so frustrating, I have put it away for weeks. I need help. Is the Ionic lifetime less than 2 yrs? What can I do? Thank you!

I have reset my watch many times, followed suggestions from the community, unfortunately  nothing seems to work. Battery last 6hrs max.

I was out of town and hoping to track my runs and long walks, by afternoon, my ionic was dead. I need help pls, could I send it to a warehouse for fixing, etc?

I recently have started having the same problem. Fitbit will not stay charged for more than just a cpl of hours. I have tried the factory reset but still. it will not hold a charge.
