My Ionic battery started playing up last week. I usually charge it twice a week but now it’s only lasting 6 hours. I left it on charge last night and the battery was dead this morning. I only use it to track a workout or walk most days, the log my food and set an alarm so it’s definitely not overused.
I’ve cleaned both Fitbit and charger, I’ve rebooted the Ionic and I’ve disconnected it from my phone to do a factory reset before connecting back to my phone. None of it has helped, it’s only 1 year old and I’ve now given up wearing it. Any help or is it now useless? I won’t be buying another one.
