Ionic battery wont charge past 20%

Hi, 

My  fitbit died a couple of days ago. Was on charge the night before but just died. Done the restarts but nothing. Then put on charge and now (2 days later) its come back to life but wont seem to charge past 20%. Is this likely to be an issue with the ionic/the charger. Just seems odd that it has charged and now says charging but stopped.
