i recieved the regular notification to charge my watch, and as normal placed it on charge using the same plug and wire but it did not charge or show any thing on the screen. i hav cleaned the terminals as suggestid in the help section and again placed on charge, one and half hours i check, still nothing, no matter what i d the screen is black. any suggestions please?

This is a known behavior of ionic watches, which are or will dead in the next days.
