Ionic blank screen, but can swipe to get choices

Ionic had a blank screen, but if I swiped across or up I then got the icons for settings, alarm etc. but I can not drill down into them.

I have done a factory reset, but now it is just going constantly through the different languages telling me to download the app.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the screen issue with your Fitbit Ionic. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
3. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

4. Try changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
