OK Fitbit!!!!!
It has been months and months now that I've been having these issues. I AM NOT deleting the app, turning the device off and on, turning my phone off and on every time I want to sync my steps. Everyday I have an issue and I see its not just mine thats a lemon.
Can you PLEASE fix the firmware or whatever you need to fix for this to stop happening.
The IWatch is looking better everyday these problems aren't fixed.
Get literally any other tracker than a fitbit. At this point, they _may_ fix things for a few users with the next firmware. But it's more likely that they'll tell us their long version "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" I've completely given up on them.
Wonder if Fitbit will just give people a refund for the Ionic?? seems like nothing but problems for the last year it has been out.
It would be nice to hear for SOMEONE from Fitbit with a resolution for these issues.... but thats asking alot I guess.
Waste of $450 CAD in my eyes.
