Ionic bought from Fitbit website, will it have the latest update?

Curious to know if the most recent update will be on an Ionic bought straight from Fitbit.com? Also, two year warranty worth it, any thoughts would be appreciated. Cheers!

Hi @C_Wel  more than likely, you'll need to do the update. It's hard to tell when the Fitbit was made and how long it's been in the warehouse before it arrives at your house. It will tell you if it needs an update when you get it. As for the warranty, many people get it and never use it. Many people get it and need it down the road. It's all up to what you want to do. I've gotten extra warranties on different items and never used them. I did get a warranty on a three set of bands before and had them replaced, too. Bottom line is, do what you feel is best for your needs at this time. Make your decision and let us know what happens!
