Ionic (bought in Feb this year) stopped working

After weeks of my Ionic screen not responding and rebooting several times a day for no particular reason my Ionic stopped working completely. It’s not even charging anymore.

 

please advice

Did you buy from new?

 

If so you should be in warranty.  When mine died earlier this year, I started a chat session and got a replacement sent out within a week.

Thanks, It was shop bought. Went back, received my money back and bought a new one online. I hope this one will keep working longer.
