Ionic bricked and Charge 3 has black screen

Hello ; Afterr my second ionic Bricked

I used my old charge 3 that I bought 6 months prior to my first ionic . And in the period of 2 months from unreadable  screen became completely black

Back to Ionic ,it is passed the year and I am in Canada so no warranty .

I love the app but not trust ing the product any more ,already Spent $500 plus tax in fittbit.

The product that they should stand behind the product if they really believe in it. 

Did all the hard reset process on  both of them.no success.if you can help me to fix my problem.
