Ionic calibration error and not accurately recording steps

A few days ago my Ionic stopped tracking steps etc and now I need to calibrate it but keep getting calibration error
I have done a factory reset, re-installed and updated software on phone and tracker, and set my device up in the fibit app as a new device, but nothing worked.

Any advice?
