Ionic can't be found and will not sync to phone app

Last night my Fitbit Ionic stopped syncing with my phone app. I have reset the Ionic, restarted my phone, started and stopped my bluetooth all several times and the device still can't be found. My phone is also connected to the internet. Is there something that I'm missing that I'm not trying?

Never mind - 5 times is the charm - I finally got it to sync after restarting both the phone and the fitbit one more time
