I just bought a clock Fitbit Ionic, but it can't find my headset - BEATS BEATSX WIRELESS IN-EAR EARPHONES GOLD. What can I do? Without music it not work for me.

Are you sure that your beats isn't already connected to something else, like a phone @Damaama?

Earphones aren't connect with anything else.
