Purchased Ionic fitbit last week, and have spent nearly all week trying to pair/sync/find bluetooth on the Ionic, with MacBook Pro. Both devices plugged in and near home router. Using fitbit app on laptop, have logged in. Have shutdown, restart both devices as well. Yes, bluetooth is 'on' as well as trying 'pair' on the fitbbit, which does not recognize laptop. Disappointing that this spendy fitbit will not find wifi, will not connect bluetooth, nor sync. Pandora is a paid subscription, still not able to sync to fitbit. Helpful tips please...I have probably tried but will keep trying before returning device, thank you so much!

Welcome to the Community @ChiliNW. Thanks for letting me know that you purchased your Ionic last week.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and your willingness to continue troubleshooting it. You need to make sure your watch is syncing to your account before trying to connect it to Wi-Fi. If you're seeing that's not syncing then try this troubleshoot to get it syncing with your account again.
After you get it connected to your account, confirm you're following these steps to connect it to your Wi-Fi. If you keep having issues, please follow the steps mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Also, it seems that you're trying to upload music to your Ionic, confirm you're following these tips to listen to music and podcasts on your Fitbit watch.
Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
