Ionic can't track my sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Ionic has not been showing my sleep schedule since 27 Dec. During these time, I can sync my steps and activities status but not the sleep schedules. I've restarted ionic a couple of times, uninstalled/installed the fitbit app, unpaired / paired my ionic.. But after all these it still doesn't work !  Please advise 😞

@Bitbby Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not tracking your sleep. Thanks for trying all of those troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out.

In this case, you could try using a different sleep setting:

  • The normal setting counts significant movements as being awake (such as rolling over) and is appropriate for most users.
  • The sensitive setting will cause your device to record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful for users who wake up feeling tired even though their sleep history shows sufficient rest.

Check this helpful article to learn how to change it.

If non of this work; please try a factory reset on your watch. This should be your last option!

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
