Onr day I woke up and my app had changed. There was a new name on my profile and tried to re-pair the watch to my phone but I get an error message saying my watch is locked. Super annoying

If another name is on your account, check your email - when someone tries to take over your account, an email is sent to you asking if you meant to change the email/name. @Jacqueline0020 why not take advantage of the recall and get your refund.
