Ionic - certain watch "Today" stats are not the same as phone stats

Hi there,

I've had my ionic for a little over a month now, and I noticed yesterday that when I "scroll up" to show the Today stats, my sleep and weight stats are not the same as what is on my iphone fitbit app dashboard.

For the sleep stats, its showing from last Tuesday, which is over a week ago.

Has anyone experienced this before? I have shutdown the watch a few times, closed the app on my phone and this has not solved the issue.

Other stats like steps & heart rate seem to be accurate and updating. More the stats that seem to be coming from the phone.

Hi there - I’ve noticed the same! Sleep stats often lagging! Don’t seem to update even after synching watch w phone.

Same here. Happening since last app update.

When was the last update? How can you find this out? Do updates happen automatically, or do you have to accept the update?

@LonBrun you must accept the update within the Fitbit app. It will not automatically be applied to your Ionic.

Thanks @sfringer .

Also - totally off topic, but how do you chance the wording under your profile name? Mine says Jogger, but I don't remember specifying anything. Maybe I did, but wouldn't mind knowing how to change it

@LonBrun that is set based on the amount of messages you've posted. It's not user configurable.

@sfringer ahhh....I get it. Its a profile status type thing, not somewhere you tell people you're a jogger.

Thanks.

Ha! THat's funny. I was wondering why so many people here call themselves 'joggers'. To me it seems that joggers are 80s. We're all runners these days aren't we? 🙂
