Ionic changes to French when its battery dies

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought an ionic off the internet (my third).

When the battery dies it reverts to French language and time.

This doesn't bother me I don't mind learning French and subtracting hours, what bothers me is I loose my heart rate and sleep trackers in the app. Simultaneously.  When I go in to add them via edit they

They are grayed out and won't let me select them

@Vermin - it sounds like you got a bad device. The only thing I can suggest is to re-start it then, do not allow the battery to die. If this does not help, can you contact the seller and ask for a refund?
