Ionic charger in argentina/chile

Hello,

 

I'm from Belgium and travelling south america for some months.

 

Before I left, I bought an ionic because I wanted to track steps and fitness and wanted to see the impact of being active all days.

 

One week far, I've lost my charger cable and can't seem to find one here in argentina.

 

I checked the fitbit website, but they don't have an online shop. I went to the official reseller (MacStation) but they don't have the ionic in yet and don't sell separate charger cables.

 

I tried looking on mercadolibre (Argentinian eBay version), but no luck.

 

Amazon doesn't deliver to Argentina.

 

Is there any way I can get a cable here? Without having to send one over from Europe.. 🙂

Hi

 

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
Tell them what happened, it's up to them to decide (live chat available in belgium from 4pm untill 9pm) or possible contact by twitter.. (email can take a few working days before getting a reply).
