Ionic clock face has disappeared with a message - this app requires internet permission

as of a week ago my clock face disappeared and I can seem to get it back.  I keep getting a message as shown above 

 

does anyone have any thoughts on how to correct it - also I'm not getting any message/phone/text on the watch

Hi, @RJWilly! Have you gone into the clock face settings to check it out? Also, have you tried switching off the face and then back on again?

@RJWilly Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the clock face on Ionic. 

 

Just as @MakMak said, please try checking the clock face's settings to allow permissions. To do this:

 

  • With your watch nearby, on the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your device image.
  • Tap or click Apps.
  • In the list of apps installed on your watch, find the app whose settings you want to change. You may have to scroll down to see some apps. Tap or click the gear icon next to the app.
  • Tap or click Back when you are done making changes.

If this doesn't work, try installing a different clock face.
